Flaxwood Festival 2014  —  $49,700.00
The Festival's Patron Dame Adrienne Stewart, and its Principal/Host Carolyn Schuitman were overseas and unavailable for a distribution ceremony this year, and the resultant funds were therefore transfered directly to the recipients by Internet Banking.  As promised the entire proceeds of the Festival ($49,700.00) were dispersed, with The Canterbury West Coast Air Resecue Trust (Westpac Chopper) receiving $33,385.00, the Woolston Brass Band receiving $12,845.00, and The One-2-One Charitable Trust $3,470.00.  The Founders wish to thank Dame Adrienne once again for her efforts, along with everyone who contributed to the overall success of the Festival.
